The asbestos project occurring in the Grad Dorms involves repair of texturized ceiling coating above the windows in the lounges, to remove small amounts of loose and flaking material. HEPA vacuums will be used to remove the loose material and an encapsulant will be applied to the affected parts of the ceiling afterwards to seal the remaining material in place. An asbestos consultant licensed with the Connecticut Department of Public Health developed a plan to conduct the minor repairs, following pertinent state and federal regulations, and is providing oversight on the project. A licensed asbestos contractor is conducting the repair work, following the consultant’s plan.
Jaja...sowas gäb's daheim nicht. Zum Glück ist der (?) Asbest 'nur' in den Aufenthaltsräumen. Vielleicht ist es dann doch ganz gut wenn ich bald wieder heimkomm'. Edward ist jetzt schon auf Besichtigungstour von off-campus Häusern.
Und ich hab mein Mikrobio-Paper fertig! Exakt 5 Seiten! Mal schaun was daraus wird ;-)

Ich find's zu krass was man hier alles zu irgendwelchen Straftaten erfährt. Ich mein, wenn man im DailyCampus erwähnt werden will, muss man entweder was im Co-op mitgehen lassen (und erwischt werden) oder betrunken Auto fahren - und schon steht man im 'Police Blotter', natürlich mit Name, Adresse, Alter, Tatbestand... soviel zum Thema Privatsphäre.
